Beth is responsible for all aspects of the running of the corporation, including company strategic planning, personnel management, contract review and day-to-day operations. She believes the finest work a business owner performs is to nurture the quality of life in the community.

Mike has 26 years of civil engineering design experience across Texas. He works in professional leadership positions to promote civil engineers as key to sustaining the health of a community's infrastructure and environment.

Monica I Ramos

Communications Manager : Public Affairs, Marketing

Monica Ramos, Communications Manager, joins us from the City of San Antonio Public Works Department to help our partners develop and manage critical community relations functions.

Terrell G. Miller, P. E.

Project Manager : Private Sector

With 15 years of experience in private sector development, Terrell provides clients with a high level of expertise in water, sewer, and storm water utility design and analysis and infrastructure management.

Edgar A. Munoz, EIT

Project Engineer : Site Development

Edgar Munoz graduated from UT-El Paso in May of 2004 with a B. S. and an M. S. in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on civil structures. Edgar joined the Company as an EIT in December 2004 and is on track to achieve PE status in 2008.

P. Russell Yeager, EIT

Project Engineer

Russell earned his BSCE from UT-Austin in May 2007 and joined Coyle Engineering shortly afterward to begin his engineering career. He has earned his EIT certificate from the Texas State Board of Engineering and is on track to earn his PE within 4 years.

Jesus De Luna, EIT

Project Engineer

Jesus began his professional career in 2007 with CEI after graduation from UT-San Antonio with a BS in civil engineering. He has earned his EIT certificate from the Texas State Board of Engineering and is on track to earn his PE within 4 years.

Tony Moralez, Jr.

Senior CADD Technician

Tony joined the firm in 1999 after working directly under Mike Coyle’s supervision for 14 years as a CADD technician at a large firm in San Antonio. His duties include supervision of the technical staff, setup and completion of maps, exhibits, and drawings.

Michael V. Torres

CADD Technician

Michael joined the firm in 2001, bringing creativity and expertise in platting and civil site drawings, including parking layout, dimensional, grading, utility, water, storm drainage, and sanitary sewer plan/profiles, details, and sections, as well as Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans.
