Coyle Engineering, Inc. and MDS Land Surveying, Inc. have joined forces, moving in to a renovated limestone Hill Country homestead in Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas.  The 5200 sf two-story building holds CEI's 9 engineers and designers, 3 technicians and 2 administrative staff along with 4 MDS staff members.  Survey crews meet each morning at the detached recreation building for coffee and instructions for the day.  Everyone, even clients, enjoys the “Break Room” for lunch and the occasional game of billiards.  The 2-acre property, just a few blocks from IH-10 North, is covered with live oaks and surrounded by a green belt. 

A large conference room with vidoeconferencing and staff training capability, larger engineering and technical areas, and the room to increase CEI's staff within the next two years to make room for a public relations department, 20 engineers in both public and private sector design, and 5 technicians, plus the addition of land surveying services under roof, make Coyle Engineering better able to meet clients' needs.

To find our new office, take IH-10 (north or south) and exit at Fair Oaks Ranch.  Continue through the stop sign on the northbound frontage road to Dietz Elkhorn Road, at the Harley Davidson dealership.  Turn right and head down the hill towards Fair Oaks Ranch.  Look for the log cabin which appears to be in the middle of the road - turn right at the log cabin and you will see the two-story limestone building behind the long rock wall next to the tennis court.
